Why HappE?

Managers require accurate feedback in order to optimize team feelings and specify suitable and timely actions in order to avoid employee displeasure. on the other side, employees need an effortless and anonymous system to inform the organization about their well-being. Here we come up with the out-of-the-box and friendly solution to evaluate people's real feelings anonymously to provide essential hints for managers and decision-makers.

How does HappE work?

We utilized FER considering all GDPR criteria to provide organization mood, real-time. FER (Facial Emotion Recognition) is a system that analyzes attitudes from video resources. Computer-based facial expression analysis mimics our human coding skills quite impressively as it captures raw, unfiltered emotional responses. Facial expressions are nonverbal means of communication that reveal human emotions. Decoding such emotional responses has been a research topic in psychology for decades. (Paul Ekman Method). These expressed emotional states are detected in real time using fully automated computer algorithms that record facial expressions via camera. Gathering these facial emotion records allow us to create variety of reports on the mood of the organization as well as visualize aggregated data - how moods vary over time and which moods are the most prevalent.
